Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
Delivery Times
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
- Overnight: Next business day (if ordered before 12:00 PM EST)
Shipping Restrictions
Due to local laws, we cannot ship blowguns or hunting darts to:
- California
- Massachusetts
- Washington, D.C.
Accessories, apparel, and non-weapon items can be shipped to all 50 states.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package at any time through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the carrier assigned.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at support@slockmaster.com. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
