Not satisfied with your gear? We make returns simple, fast, and hassle-free.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@slockmaster.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
  4. Drop it off with the carrier — tracking is included so you can follow it the whole way.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Want a different model, caliber, or size? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, just mention it in your return email and we'll set it up.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Slock Master blowgun is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your blowgun ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it free of charge — no receipt gymnastics required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@slockmaster.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — no need to ship the damaged item back first.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, a few items can't be returned once opened:

  • Used or opened darts and broadheads
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance and final-sale items (marked as such at checkout)
